High Safety

Adopting discharge-type balancing architecture, it eliminates the risk of cell overcharge and thermal runaway induced during the balancing process from the underlying principle. The trickle balancing operates gently with barely any temperature rise on wiring harnesses and connectors, presenting no heating hazards. Featuring ultra-low static power consumption, its annual power draw is less than 1Ah, which effectively prevents deep discharge of batteries during long-term storage and safeguards battery safety continuously.

High Reliability

It adopts an original independent per-cell circuit architecture. Each individual module is not subjected to the total high voltage of the battery pack. Combined with independent temperature control for every cell string, the balancing circuit runs stably at low temperature all the time. It mitigates the common drawbacks of conventional balancing circuits such as high operating temperature, high failure rate and limited service life, greatly improving system stability and service life.

Powerful Balancing

Equipped with an original quantitative balancing algorithm, it achieves an annual balancing capacity of hundreds of ampere-hours and can effectively suppress the imbalance-induced capacity decay of large battery packs up to thousands of ampere-hours. Under normal operating conditions over an extended period, it can theoretically stabilize the full-charge consistency of cells above 99%.

Easy to Use

The balancer module can be connected directly to battery terminals or share sampling harnesses with the BMS.

With an ultra-slim thickness of only 7 mm, it can be installed in confined spaces.

Multiple balancer modules can be cascaded for battery packs with hundreds of series strings without obvious loss of balancing efficiency.

Wiring is simple, offering prominent advantages especially for multi-container applications such as coaches and energy storage systems.

It is compatible with both fast charging and slow charging.

Once balancing is activated, it can complete the balancing task independently even when the battery system is offline or powered down.

品王内置均衡系列产品，相当于传统均衡仪的小型化、自动化版本，专为磷酸铁锂电池设计，可长期安装于电池包内，自动维护电池的均衡状态。

回顾历程，传统BMS自带均衡是业内应用最广泛均衡方案，其对电芯及线束的安全性得到最广泛的证实，但由于其均衡量较少，均衡效果相对有限；随着对电池寿命要求的提升，少量均衡调节已逐步无法满足需要，专用均衡器应运而生。

品王均衡继承了BMS均衡的涓流放电模式，保证了电芯和线束的安全，而对均衡算法及硬件电路架构进行了革新，定量均衡算法绕开各种非必要限制，直达均衡量，特别是在磷酸铁锂动力电池测试中，使实际均衡效果比传统被动均衡有了上百倍的提升，可以轻松匹配大容量电池组；新的分散式电路架构解决了传统均衡器故障率高，寿命短的难题。

The PINVON embedded balancer series is comparable to a miniaturized, automated version of conventional balancers. Designed for LFP batteries, it can be installed inside the battery pack for long-term operation and automatically maintains the balanced state of the battery.

Looking back at the industry development, built-in balancing of traditional BMS is the most widely adopted balancing solution in the industry. Its safety performance for cells and wiring harnesses has been extensively validated. Nevertheless, it provides limited balancing capacity with relatively modest balancing effects. As requirements for battery service life keep rising, minor balancing adjustments gradually fail to meet application demands, and dedicated balancers have emerged accordingly.

PINVON balancers inherit the trickle discharge balancing mode of BMS balancing to guarantee the safety of cells and wiring harnesses, while introducing innovations to the balancing algorithm and hardware circuit architecture. The quantitative balancing algorithm bypasses various unnecessary constraints to maximize effective balancing capacity. In particular, tests on LFP power batteries show that its actual balancing performance achieves an up-to-hundred-fold improvement over conventional passive balancing, making it readily adaptable to large-capacity battery packs. The new distributed circuit architecture addresses the challenges of high failure rate and short service life associated with traditional balancers.
